This range of metal fidgets are our best seller - compact and feels wonderful between the fingers. Rapid spin, which is super quiet yet very satisfying. The Cog fidget fits in a pocket and is very discreet. It is a quiet fidget, making it ideal for the workplace, travel or the classroom.

NOT ALL COGS are created equal. Our Kaiko Fidget cogs have 'next level' bearings. In fact we have taken the original cog design and re-engineered the internal bearing, replacing it with a high performance one. Most who try the cog for the first time are surprised at how smooth and how long they spin for. They have a super fast spin, soft vibration & slight hum which is amazing. Rolling the cog over hands and fingers gives great sensory input.

Please not that the OIL SLICK colour (rainbow finish) varies in appearance from cog to cog and even side to side of the same cog as each piece is individually treated to create the rainbow finish!

A range of options available for cog -

  • The original cog - small and super discreet. Slight hum and vibration on high spin make this multisensory and pure awesomeness!
  • The double cog - two centre cogs that spin independently. Is the same size as the cog just fatter with the addition of the extra cog. Has more weight and also the additional dimension of two spinning elements give an added benefit to this best seller.
  • The mega cog - We have been asked by soooooo many to make the cog bigger. So here it is. YEY! Is the same size as a 50c coin. At 40 grams , it is beautifully weighted as well and a great size for adult hands or big hands! Come in a gorgeous metal window display tin.
  • The Cog Spinner - for those that love spinners and the textural feel of the cog.
  • The Coginator - This is quite unusual and wont be everyone's 'thing' but a wonderful version with quite a few ways it can be used.

All the cog spinners are screwed together & may unscrew over time with use. Its simply a matter of tightening them over time/with use. Exposing the fidget to water may result int he bearing rusting which will impact function.

      Not suitable for children under three years old due to small parts and choking risk.

        The centre part is aluminium for the sliver and gold cog, black powder coated stainless steel in the black cog & treated stainless steel in the oil slick cog. The inner cog is stainless steel in all. Please note the process applied to oil slick the metal means that each cogs colour may vary significantly from individual cog to individual cog.

        Trouble shooting: If your spinner stops spinning freely: Generally its one of 2 things - some fine debris has gotten in to the box bearing or alternatively sometimes, if dropped, one or mroe of the balls in the bearing can dislodge causing spin issues. This cannot be fixed. If you open it up youll see if that’s happened though generally. In the first instance we recommend to use a air blower like you use for cleaning a computer. As it is a box bearing lubricant only makes it sticky so it is not recommended and is a last resort. We usually take the bearing out and clean it using the blower.

        Keeping the fidgets sanitised. - They are fine to wipe , ours regularly go through washing machine, the trick is to wipe excess moisture off them. If left wet/damp (eg in washing machine lol) they can rust in appearance a little but generally does not affect function. wiping with an antibacterial wipe or damp cloth then drying off thoroughly is the key.

        Standard Shipping Rate is $12.95 (3-5 business days)

        Express Shipping Rate is $16.95 (1-2 business days)

        Large or special items may incur additional postage & handling charges.

        International Shipping:

        We ship to most destinations around the world. There are some set up for flat rate shipping.

        Please note that charges do not include any duty/taxes charged by your country's port authorities (if applicable).  You will be responsible for any charges they may add.  We are unable to quote these as they vary from country to country, however will show up as a flat rate at checkout based on your location.

        If your country isn't set up for flat rate shipping please email us a list of the products you are interested in and your shipping information /address to jo@kaikofidgets.com and we can provide you with a quote.

        Returns Policy:

        We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

        To start a return, you can contact us at kai@kaikofidgets.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

        FAQS

        How is my order shipped?

        Typically we use Australia Post.  If it is more economical, we may use an alternative carrier and we deliver Australia wide.

        We aim to post within 24 hours of receiving our order.

        Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirmation.

        Postage times will vary depending on location however in most cases you should receive your order within 3-5 business days from the purchase date.

        Large or special items may incur additional postage and handling charges.

        Can I have it sent Express Post?

        Absolutely!  Just select that option at check out.  

        Express Post orders are sent via Australia Post. Please refer to the Australia Post website for delivery time frames.  For items larger than Australia Post limits we use a range of courier services. 

        Do you ship internationally?

        We ship to most destinations around the world.  There are some set up for flat rate shipping. 

        Please note that charges do not include any duty/taxes charged by your country's port authorities (if applicable).  You will be responsible for any charges they may add.  We are unable to quote these as they vary immensely from country to country. 

        If you country isn't setup for flat rate shipping please email us a list of the products you are interested in and your shipping information /address to jo@kaikofidgets.com and we can provide you with a quote.

        Again, please remember customs and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.

        Please note shipping to Europe and UK is currently disabled on the website while I try get my head around the Brexit law changes and regulations.  

        If your order is over 135 pound (approx 260 AUD) then we can ship and you pay the VAT on its arrival.  Unfortunately orders under this amount are way to complicated to manage as we have to charge all the fees our end. 

        This is what is on the UK information pages:  For the sale of goods over £135, you might not be required to collect VAT at the point of sale. In this case, VAT and duties are remitted by the importer. If you use registration-based taxes and have a UK VAT registration, then VAT will not be applied to your sales to customers in the UK. If you choose to, you can charge your customer for VAT and duties at the time of sale, and then provide these funds to the shipper or importer using a shipping label. Alternately, you can send the orders without charging VAT and duties, and your customer will pay extra funds at the time of delivery. 

        How can I track my order?

        When we ship your order, we automatically send you your tracking number. (Please check your junk folder)

        What is your return policy?

        All claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

        Please contact us quoting your order number, with details of your proposed return before proceeding.

        Unless the goods are defective or sent in error, you will be required to pay postage with tracking to return goods. Items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged safely so damage does not occur.

        If returned goods are used or in an unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed.  There is no return or exchange available on discounted or on sale items.  

        What if my order is damaged when it arrives?

        If the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or they have been incorrectly described we offer the choice of a refund or exchange.

        Please contact us with 48 hours of accepting delivery. 

        We may ask for images to help investigate the damage or fault. 

        What if I change my mind?

        We are passionate about making sure you have the right product for your needs. If you change your mind about the purchased items, you are welcome to return it to us (at your cost) and we will provide you with a credit so you can chose something else.  

        All returned items must be in original, unused and unopened condition and proof of purchase will be required.

        Please note that, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges for any oral motor/chewable related items, wearable items such as body socks & fabric items such as weighted products.
