We bought these for my son as part of his birthday present and he loves them. He loves creating different shapes with the magnetic balls and everyone in the family has had a turn playing with them. It is now on the siblings birthday wish list 🤣
Very helpful for regulating . Helps me keep my hands busy so I’m able to focus on other things. It is nice and weighted and has a good texture
If this was $5 it would be fine. However the high price combined with high postage means these are much too expensive. They are light, do not feel solid. I read that eventually you will need to tighten them however one of the two I bought fell apart within 2 hours.
Wide variety of items that my 3yo son and I both enjoy! We lucked out receiving a mini cog, matching finger and wrist spiky, a black dual pad spikeyring, a hexa fidget, khaki hand silkworm, a trumpet style hand grip exerciser, black squishy egg, squishy sheep, purple tickle on top, a keyring marble mesh fidget, a unicorn sequin keyring, a labyrinth maze pen, a keyboard fidget keyring, a kaiko lanyard and fidget storage pouch, and a standard marble mesh fidget. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! This would suit anyone just starting on their journey to find the right sensory tools for them, or anyone who wants to expand their fidget/sensory tool repertoire. A great gift for a neurodivergent family! 💛
4 stars for great quality and service of Kaiko.
Couldn't give 5 stars simply because the feeling of these squishies wasn't for me, my partner or children.
My child uses this to help with self harm negative emotions, using the turtle has helped reduce the behaviours and started healthy ones.
My chukd did her research and shown me this, very proud of her for being proactive and finding such an amazing product!
I bought it at Supernova, Love the design on how the metal part is flexible.
Sometimes I like to spin fidget by the opening of the keychain though it can be a little dangerous and sometime flings the fidget away.
But, could be improved since it's been around a month and started to get dust inside of it. The metal lobster clasp on the keychain took a bit time to learn how to manoeuvre hook off the fidget.
The key next to the keychain sometimes cant fully press down since the circular separation part closes to the fidget sometimes blocks it.
I first saw chewing sensory supports ages ago and have been thinking about trying them for a long time. I was put off by the price at first, thinking "What if it does nothing for me? I can't really gift these ones away to my nibblings if they aren't a good fit."
But I've had 2 minor self-harming oral stims since I was a child that have since become a normal part of my life - cheek and lip biting, and flicking my crowded front teeth to the point of developing almost constant sores on my tongue and cheeks, and often have tears where I've ripped the skin off of my lips.
I developed those stims because I used to almost constantly get in trouble for chewing on my hair and shirt/jumper collars and cuffs.
So I ended up switching hair-chewing for the more acceptable hair-twirling (someone telling me about the 'hair-ball' story was actually more effective for this than all the telling-off was) and started chewing *myself* where no one could see.
So I figured I did have some need to chew and the worst that could happen is that I blew $30. I've easily spent that much on ice-cream or other comfort food when I had a bad day, so this was worth it to try.
I got a sample pack of Chewth Picks and a Mini-byte necklace and they have changed my life. Not only have my chesks, tongue and lips been able to heal, my stress levels have dropped dramatically. The mini-byte is excellent for when I'm on the move and don't want to risk dropping a chewth pick or risk tripping and doing myself some damage having something pointy in my mouth. Even just being able to hold it between my teeth without active chewing while driving has made a significant impact on my stress levels for the day. And the chewth picks are wonderful for my concentration when I'm at my desk and working through documents.
My only thoughts for improvement is actually more about a way to carry them around that is sanitary than the items themselves.
I got both the smooth sampler and the textured sampler packs and found that my resistance preference changes depending on which texture I'm using. Excellent and well worth the money.
My boy was given approval to have a fidget at school and he loves this and its heavy enough to help hand stengh too
I absolutely love how spiky it is and the weight makes it feel spiky even when its just resting on your palm, ive bought the 3d printed ‘little ouchie’ spiky hand rollers before and compared to this they are garbage and as someone whos autistic when i have a panic attack or meltdown i need to pain stim and this is perfect! I think for people 13 and up this is an amazing purchase, yes its expensive but its worth every cent
This is the second time I've ordered this spinning cube. I lost the first one :(
I absolutely love this! I love the weight, the colours and the sheer quality. I bought the large gyro too - which has pride of place on my desk in the study. Thanks!
One the ducks started leaking within 10 mins of using. Im not sure whatI did. But they are nice to touch.
Perfect fidget for my 7 year old as it’s just the right size for his little fingers and super quiet for use in the classroom. Lovely smooth spin and great quality. Have purchased another as a back up.
