🧩 Using Your NDIS Funding with Kaiko Fidgets

You may be able to use your NDIS funding to purchase Kaiko products — depending on what’s written in your NDIS plan and how your funding is managed.

Kaiko Fidgets is not an NDIS-registered provider, but we can assist with most order types.

Plan Managed ✅ Yes Select deferred payment at checkout. We email an invoice to your plan manager for payment if details provided at checkout.
Self Managed ✅ Yes

You can pay upfront and will recieve a PDF invoice to claim.

OR

Select deferred payment at checkout, draw fund down and then make payment to us within 7 days.

NDIA Managed ❌ No

🛒 How to Order with NDIS Funding

1️⃣ Plan Managed

  1. Add your chosen items to the cart.
  2. Proceed to Checkout.
  3. On the Payment page, fill in the NDIS Information section (on the right-hand side):
    • Participant’s Full Name & NDIS Number
    Plan Manager’s Email (if you want us to send to your plan manager)
  4. Select “DEFERRED payment option for NDIS self or plan managed orders” (only select this if not paying upfront).
  5. Complete checkout.
  6. You’ll automatically receive a PDF invoice — we will also send it to your plan manager if their email has been provided.
  7. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched.

2️⃣ Self Managed

  1. Add your chosen items to the cart.
  2. At Checkout, fill in your NDIS Information (Participant’s name and number).
  3. Select the Deferred NDIS Payment option. (only select this if not paying upfront).
  4. After checkout, a PDF invoice will be emailed to you instantly.
  5. Upload the invoice through your NDIS portal or claim manually.
  6. Once payment is received, your order will be dispatched.

3️⃣ NDIA Managed

At this stage, Kaiko Fidgets cannot process NDIA-managed orders.
If you are NDIA-managed, speak to your support coordinator about purchasing through a plan-managed or self-managed arrangement instead.

If you don’t see these NDIS fields, please ensure you’re on the Payment step of checkout.


📧 Receiving Your Invoice

  • A PDF invoice will be automatically emailed to you.
  • If you included your plan manager’s email, they’ll receive it too.
  • If you don’t see it, check your junk or spam folder.
  • Orders are shipped after payment is received.

⏱️ Processing & Payment Timeframes

  • We check NDIS payments Tuesday and Friday.
  • Once payment clears, orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
  • During busy periods (e.g. November–December), processing may take a little longer.
  • Items in NDIS orders awaiting payment remain on hold for 2 weeks before being cancelled or substituted.
