School & Organisation Quotes & Orders

If you are requiring a 

  • QUOTE or

  • your goods to be dispatched prior to payment, this is the process required. 

The Process is the same for both QUOTES & ORDERS. 

  1. Add the required items to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout.
  3. If the order is for QUOTE purposes only, please add to CART NOTES the words "QUOTE ONLY".
  4. At the checkout, under Payment, select DEFERRED PAYMENT - Schools &  Organisation Orders, Invoicing Prior to Payment Option. This will allow you to complete checkout without making a payment.                             
  5. Once you complete checkout & your order is placed, you will receive an email containing a link to download your PDF invoice, which includes a card payment link & also a separate email with the quote/invoice as an attachment.                          This document forms the QUOTE &/or ORGANISATIONAL INVOICE required.  
  6. Please NOTE: We do not dispatch items until a formal PO has been received or payment is made.   Please email us the PO to orders@kaikofidgets.com
  7. ALSO NOTE: We only hold items in the quote/order for 14 days.  In that time we require either a PO or payment. If your specific requirements are outside that timeline, please include those details in the notes section and/or email us separately to orders@kaikofidgets.com with information.
