Does chewing on pen caps sound familiar? Made in the USA, ARK's Write-n-Bite® is the perfect solution. With a smooth cylindrical design and neutral colours, it looks just like a regular pen cap. We designed these specifically with adults and older kids in mind as a super discreet way to chew at work, in the office, etc.
These can be taken off the pen or pencil and used as a small hollow chew also. Sometimes trying a hollow chew for those chewing through their oral supports is the way to go... as sometimes the chew becomes 'aggressive' because the person is not getting the right oral sensory feedback. Not always the case but definitely something to consider. These ‘collapse’ on chewing, kind of like a straw, so give good oral sensory feedback.
These can be used also as a pencil topper. You just need to swap the pen they come with for a pencil. You can also take them off the pen and use as a mini Hollow Chew support, great for a small, in pocket version of our Ark Tube range chew supports.
Like all other ARK chews, they're available in 3 colour-coded toughness levels:
- Standard (light grey) = the softest / chewiest option, recommended for mild chewing
- XT (black) = XT stands for "Xtra Tough," recommended for moderate chewing
- XXT (dark grey) = XXT stands for "Xtra Xtra Tough," recommended for those who like the resistance of chewing on fairly firm items
It's hard to make a 1:1 comparison to regular pen caps as regular pen caps are more hollow and slender, but if you're looking for a replacement that's closest to a regular pen cap, we recommend the middle XT level.
Each ark product is made from the same food grade safe material but there can be a 'squeak' sound on chew which will vary in degree depending on strength selected, shape & design of chew and where in the mouth it is placed & the teeth used.
Please note: we don't recommend using the chewable pen topper as a cap to cover the ink end of the pen. Please keep it on the solid back end of the pen (as pictured), away from the ink, as ink should not be near the mouth (or near something that will go in the mouth).

Caution: This product is not a toy. Recommended for adults and/or older kids under adult supervision. These toppers are technically too large to be considered a choking hazard, but they are one of our smallest chews so please use caution and always supervise use. Although these chew tools are sturdy and durable, no chew tool is indestructible. Wear/tear may be expected given the nature of the intended use. How long they last is typically equal to the amount and intensity of the chewing, as well as other variables (such as jaw strength, stress/anxiety levels, if other sensory strategies are in place, etc.). While for some people a chew tool will last forever, for others with heavy/aggressive oral needs, they may go through it very quickly. Please supervise at all times and replace if necessary if the item shows signs of wear and tear.

We ship to most destinations around the world. There are some set up for flat rate shipping.
EUROPE : Unfortunately EU is an exception. Customs in many EU locations have been bouncing parcels and RTS, without explanation so we have had to suspend sending to the location as the goods are just not getting through.
Please note that charges do not include any duty/taxes charged by your country's port authorities (if applicable). You will be responsible for any charges they may add. We are unable to quote these as they vary immensely from country to country.
If you country isn't setup for flat rate shipping please email us a list of the products you are interested in and your shipping information /address to orders@kaikofidgets.com and we can provide you with a quote.
Again, please remember customs and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.
Please note its coming from 'down under' & therefore parcels can take weeks (sometimes more than that) to arrive depending on location. If the parcel is urgent please select the DHL/express options (we know it's expensive, but it's not something we can control... hopefully the exchange rate conversion makes it less 'painful'& the benifit of our range makes up for it).

If an international parcel is taking longer that it should, do let us know and we will follow up with carrier. Please note we cannot resend packaged UNTIL the carrier deems it LOST, which can frustratingly take up to 21 days sometimes. This is out of our control, and i promise you, it creates as much anxiety for us as you, so please understand that when placing orders patience is needed at times. It rarely happens, but when it does, we will lodge an enquiry and follow it through until resolved.

All claims for faulty items must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Unless the goods are defective or sent in error, you will be required to pay postage with tracking to return goods. Items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged safely so damage does not occur.
If returned goods are used or in an unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed.
There is no return or exchange available on discounted or on sale items. IN addtion all wearable and chew supports cannot be returned if opened.

Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept these as returns if opened or handled as we cannot re sell them. No one wants a squishy or chew support handled by others lol. A tad ick.
For consumable items such as chew supports and squishies - Please note a warranty is not provided unless product is faulty on first opening. Please refer to each squishy product page for further info re life expectancy information.
If the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or they have been incorrectly described we offer the choice of a refund or exchange.

RE SQUISHIES - Due to the flexible, squishy & stretchy nature of these products, it does mean they don’t last forever. It would be awesome if they did, but unfortunately they don't...
Depending on how they are used, they can last an hour, week or a year. All squishy and stretchy items are durable, but not indestructible. Squishies typically have a plug/join where they were filled. This is its most vulnerable spot, so if at all possible it is best to use this palm side in so the least amount of pressure is placed in the join. This will maximise its life.
They are not recommended for children who may try to bite, chew or ingest the contents. Avoid aggressive or excessive squishing, stretching and contact with any sharp objects.
