Each set pairs two different double-sided sensory pads: a softer, flexible silicone pad for tactile and picking input, and a firmer PVC pad for more intense safe ouch sensory input.
Designed as a portable harm-reduction and regulation tool, the SpiKEYring can be clipped to a bag, keys or lanyard, slipped into a pocket, or separated so you can carry whichever pad works for you.

The SpiKEYring Pick & Mix Collection brings a fresh hit of colour to one of Kaiko's most-loved sensory tools.
Every set includes two detachable, double-sided sensory pads, deliberately made from different materials to give you a choice of sensory intensity.
The softer silicone pad has flex and two different textured sides. Brush it over fingers or skin, run fingernails across the surface, bend it, rub it or explore the bristles. It can be particularly useful when you're looking for tactile input or something else for your fingers to pick at.
The firmer PVC pad is smaller, more rigid and considerably more intense. Press it into your palm, squeeze it, rub or press it against the skin, or run your fingers across the textured surface when you're seeking stronger, focused sensory input.
For many people, that more intense sensation can provide the safe ouch their sensory system is looking for, without deliberately damaging the body.
Sometimes you want soft and tactile.
Sometimes you want SPIKEY.
That's exactly why there are two.
Designed with purpose
The SpiKEYring was developed by Kaiko as a harm-minimisation sensory tool, informed by both lived experience and an O.T. lens.
It may be helpful for people who:
- pick at skin, nails, cuticles or scalp
- seek strong or intense sensory input
- use pressure or discomfort to help regulate
- need something tactile for their fingers to explore
- find focused sensory input helpful during overwhelm, stress or big emotions

Choosing Your Colour
Each Pick & Mix colourway is a fixed pairing. Customers choose one of the five complete sets. They cannot independently mix and match the two pads.

What Makes It Special
Individually poured
Each Pick & Mix SpiKEYring is individually poured, so the way the colours swirl, blend and fall across the pad will vary from piece to piece. Your colourway will be the one you chose, but its exact pattern will be uniquely its own.
Two sensory intensities in one set
The softer silicone and firmer PVC pads feel distinctly different, giving you options depending on what your sensory system is seeking in that moment.

Helpful to Know
Colour patterns will vary. Because each pad is individually poured, the placement, swirl and balance of colours will differ between pieces. Product images show the colour combination, not an exact pattern you will receive.
The PVC pad is intentionally intense. That's part of its function.
How something feels varies significantly from person to person. What feels grounding or satisfying to one person may feel uncomfortable to another.
The firmer pad can be pressed, squeezed or rubbed against the skin. However, repeatedly or forcefully dragging it across the same area can cause redness and, with prolonged use, may damage the skin.
The aim is safe ouch, not injury.
If the person using it is unable to monitor their own skin or is likely to repeatedly use it in a way that causes damage, supervision or a different sensory tool may be more appropriate.

Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts/choking hazard.

FAQs
Do I choose the two pad colours separately?
No. Each Pick & Mix colourway is a pre-designed pairing. Choose your favourite from the five available sets.
Are both pads the same texture?
No, and that's the point. The longer silicone pad is softer and more flexible, while the shorter PVC pad is firmer, more rigid and provides considerably stronger sensory input. Each pad is also double-sided.
Can I take the pads off the loop?
Yes. The stainless steel loop unscrews, allowing either or both pads to be removed. The complete set can also be attached to a bag, keys or lanyard.
Is this just for skin picking?
No. While the SpiKEYring was developed with picking support and harm minimisation in mind, it can also provide tactile input, focused pressure, regulation and higher-intensity sensory input.
Which pad gives the strongest safe ouch?
The shorter, firmer PVC pad. The silicone pad provides a softer tactile experience.

We ship to most destinations around the world. There are some set up for flat rate shipping.
EUROPE : Unfortunately EU is an exception. Customs in many EU locations have been bouncing parcels and RTS, without explanation so we have had to suspend sending to the location as the goods are just not getting through.
Please note that charges do not include any duty/taxes charged by your country's port authorities (if applicable). You will be responsible for any charges they may add. We are unable to quote these as they vary immensely from country to country.
If you country isn't setup for flat rate shipping please email us a list of the products you are interested in and your shipping information /address to orders@kaikofidgets.com and we can provide you with a quote.
Again, please remember customs and duties are the responsibility of the Customer.
Please note its coming from 'down under' & therefore parcels can take weeks (sometimes more than that) to arrive depending on location. If the parcel is urgent please select the DHL/express options (we know it's expensive, but it's not something we can control... hopefully the exchange rate conversion makes it less 'painful'& the benifit of our range makes up for it).

If an international parcel is taking longer that it should, do let us know and we will follow up with carrier. Please note we cannot resend packaged UNTIL the carrier deems it LOST, which can frustratingly take up to 21 days sometimes. This is out of our control, and i promise you, it creates as much anxiety for us as you, so please understand that when placing orders patience is needed at times. It rarely happens, but when it does, we will lodge an enquiry and follow it through until resolved.

All claims for faulty items must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Unless the goods are defective or sent in error, you will be required to pay postage with tracking to return goods. Items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged safely so damage does not occur.
If returned goods are used or in an unsaleable condition, then your return may not be processed.
There is no return or exchange available on discounted or on sale items. IN addtion all wearable and chew supports cannot be returned if opened.

Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept these as returns if opened or handled as we cannot re sell them. No one wants a squishy or chew support handled by others lol. A tad ick.
For consumable items such as chew supports and squishies - Please note a warranty is not provided unless product is faulty on first opening. Please refer to each squishy product page for further info re life expectancy information.
If the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or they have been incorrectly described we offer the choice of a refund or exchange.

RE SQUISHIES - Due to the flexible, squishy & stretchy nature of these products, it does mean they don’t last forever. It would be awesome if they did, but unfortunately they don't...
Depending on how they are used, they can last an hour, week or a year. All squishy and stretchy items are durable, but not indestructible. Squishies typically have a plug/join where they were filled. This is its most vulnerable spot, so if at all possible it is best to use this palm side in so the least amount of pressure is placed in the join. This will maximise its life.
They are not recommended for children who may try to bite, chew or ingest the contents. Avoid aggressive or excessive squishing, stretching and contact with any sharp objects.
Please note a warranty is not provided unless product is faulty on first opening.
