The Wrist Spikey was purpose-developed as a safer sensory alternative for those who seek strong sensory input or need an alternative to self-harm. As a wearable tool, it can be close at hand for the moments it is needed.
People may include it in their pain-stimming sensory diet; however, it is not a guarantee against injury.
How to use: The key method is to wear it on your wrist, place your other hand over it, then press and twist or rotate it around your wrist, applying pressure. You control the level of pressure. It should fit comfortably—not too tightly or restrictively. You can also roll it along your arm, flick it, squeeze it or hold it in your hand. Monitor your skin and circulation while wearing it.
Size guide — approx. unstretched internal circumference:
- Small — 12.5 cm. Mainly for a tighter roll-on fit and stronger input; generally not for all-day wear.
- Medium — 14.5 cm. For very small wrists or stronger input for short, as-needed use.
- Large — 17 cm. Often suits petite wrists and younger children for longer wear.
- Large Plus a Bit — 18 cm. Often suits average wrists for longer wear.
- XL — 20.5 cm. Often suits larger wrists and is commonly chosen for longer wear by teens and adults.
For longer wear, choose a comfortable fit that does not restrict or band. Smaller sizes are mainly for stronger roll-on input and use as needed. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

I have been purchasing a variety of things from your store for my Neurodivergent teens and all products and service has been amazing. The spikey bracelet and rings have been a real godsend for 1 of my teens who can cause harm to themselves in stimming actions and these have been a functional way of refocussing that behaviour. My other teen needs puzzles etc and particularly lives the weighted infinity cube, it pretty much goes every where with us. I am so glad to have found this shop. I am already a repeat customer and will definately be back.

This has been perfect for me - I'll most likely buy another one soon.
My daughter is 11 and had a 14cm wrist. She got the large size and it fit perfectly. We brought one of these from another company and it broke within two days. The quality of this is great and it has been worn daily for over two months.
We got this as daughter was cutting when overwhelmed in the classroom. Since wearing the bracelet it has all stopped. She firmly presses it down and twists it when needed. It applies a slight pressure when worn and she says it feel nice to wear.
I bought Large+aBit and when I first put it on it felt too tight after just a few minutes. But I did a little gentle stretching and now it's lovely. So many movements and sensations possible with this beauty! (I do remove it from my mouse hand while using the computer.) 💜💜💜💜💜

admittedly, i bought it a little too large but that's on me! i'm 24f and i got large + a bit, so there's not a lot of sensory input when it sits on my wrist. despite this, the sensory input when i roll it up my arm or press it down onto my wirst is just the best!
it's a quiet and subtle accessory, so i can wear it at work and in public and nobody knows. i love it so much! but don't overestimate your wrist size!
The spikey's are a helpful tool. Purchase in two different sizes. The
X large is a bit big. But the other size is smaller and perfect fit. Helps well, sensory input for my anxiety.
These things are just great for harm minimisation, thank you for making them
good for helping me to stop picking at my skin.

I got medium to only use when required. Great compression on roll and love the different levels of ouch with just squeezing or twist and squeeze. Liked the compression on roll more than I thought I would too!
Purchased two of these in different colours and sizes. Have been using them since the moment the parcel was opened! Would recommend to anyone who thinks it will be helpful!

An essential fidget for me to help my anxiety.
I don't wear this all the time, instead I keep it nearby during activities I'm likely to get a bit overwhelmed. Super easy to slip it on and give it a squeeze when I'm in need of intense stimulation and helps me avoid more harmful stims. Definitely recommend for the toolbox

Great for those high anxiety moments when the self harming 'tingles' start. Feels really calming to roll up and down my forearm. I probably won't wear it for long periods of time, so should have bought the smaller one, but it does the job and high quality.

We ship to most destinations around the world. There are some set up for flat rate shipping.
EUROPE : Unfortunately EU is an exception. Customs in many EU locations have been bouncing parcels and RTS, without explanation so we have had to suspend sending to the location as the goods are just not getting through.
Please note that charges do not include any duty/taxes charged by your country's port authorities (if applicable). You will be responsible for any charges they may add. We are unable to quote these as they vary immensely from country to country.

If an international parcel is taking longer that it should, do let us know and we will follow up with carrier. Please note we cannot resend packaged UNTIL the carrier deems it LOST, which can frustratingly take up to 21 days sometimes. RE SQUISHIES - Due to the flexible, squishy & stretchy nature of these products, it does mean they don’t last forever. It would be awesome if they did, but unfortunately they don't...
Depending on how they are used, they can last an hour, week or a year. All squishy and stretchy items are durable, but not indestructible. Squishies typically have a plug/join where they were filled. This is its most vulnerable spot, so if at all possible it is best to use this palm side in so the least amount of pressure is placed in the join. This will maximise its life.
They are not recommended for children who may try to bite, chew or ingest the contents. Avoid aggressive or excessive squishing, stretching and contact with any sharp objects.
Please note a warranty is not provided unless product is faulty on first opening.
